TUI Travel India, part of leading leisure travel group TUI Travel PLC, today said it has appointed Vishal Sinha as its new Chief Operating Officer.
“In his new role as the Chief Operation Officer, Vishal will be responsible for setting the strategic direction as well as developing and delivering business growth for TUI in India,” the company said in a statement.
“I am thrilled to be a part of TUI and look forward to working with the team to introduce innovative holiday experiences and setting a quality benchmark in the industry,” Sinha said.
Sinha started his career with British Airways in India and rose to his last rank of General Manager for the Japan & Korea region.
With a career experience span of almost two decades of experience, Sinha has an extensive international portfolio in the airline and travel sector.
TUI India was formed in the year 2006 as a result of a 50:50 joint partnership between Le Passage to India and TUI Travel PLC.
