Vintage vehicles to vroom along Mumbai's streets

As part of its hundredth year celebrations, the Western India Automobile Association (WIAA) will flag off a vintage car rally on March 17.

As part of its hundredth year celebrations, the Western India Automobile Association (WIAA) flags off a vintage car rally in Mumbai on March 17.

As many as 200 vehicles were display like the Rolls Royces , Ford 1921, Packard, 1935 Bentley Lambretta scooter and many more were on display on Saturday.

Over 140 vintage cars and 72 vintage bikes will be part of the rally flagged off from one of Mumbai’s skyscrapers — Omkar 1973 in Worli and then travel into the heart of south Mumbai till the WIAA office in Churchgate. The rally would also carry the the message of road safety.
