Suburban railway services on Mumbai's Harbour Line on the Central Railway were disrupted due to waterlogging near Kurla on account of heavy rain in the city. Over 10 cm of rainfall has been recorded in Mumbai since morning.
Waterlogging was also reported at Chuna Bhatti on the Harbour Line and at Vidyavihar and Ghatkopar on the Central Railway's main line, where local trains have been delayed.
On the Harbour Line, trains coming from Navi Mumbai and going towards Mumbai CST were terminated at Mankhurd. Normal train services on both the lines are expected to be restored once water levels recede.
