The death toll from the mudslide in the US state of Washington reached 28 Tuesday, according to the Snohomish County medical examiners office.
The number of missing remained unchanged at 22.
No survivors have been located in the huge debris field since the immediate aftermath of the March 22 disaster, when a 1.5-kilometre ridge gave way above the small logging town of Oso around 100 kilometres north-east of Seattle. The mudslide followed a record-breaking month of rains in Washington state.
The Snohomish County medical examiner identified three more victims on Tuesday, bringing to 22 the number of people whose remains have been identified.
