An Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) will be set up in Senapati in Manipur under Public Private Partnership (PPP), Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh has said.
A delegation of the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development visited the State recently and discussed the setting up of an IIIT there, Singh said at a function here yesterday.
“The State Government is doing its best to sign an agreement with the Ministry before the imposition of the Code of Conduct for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections,” he said.
