Modi? Who's that?

Narendra Modi seems to be losing his popularity. During the National Development Council meeting , when he entered the main hall, unlike on previous occasions, very few noticed him. Then he started looking for his designated seat and finally settled in the fifth row with the help of a Planning Commission official. The Prime Minister wafted in. He did come down to greet the Chief Ministers , but did not proceed beyond the front row. Interestingly, other BJP Chief Ministers also pretended to maintain a distance with Narendra Bhai. Is this something to do with Modi's aspirations? Yes, said a BJP Chief Minister. But party leaders in Delhi are saying that the Centre has always shown respect for Modi's development work.
