The Bangalore-based Prestige Group has offered a large chunk of office space to the Chennai market, with its latest project, the Prestige Palladium.
According to a press release from the developer, the 3 lakh square-foot Prestige Palladium is a 14-storeyed office tower development on a 2.1-acre plot in the heart of the city, on Greams Road, approximately 500 metres from the arterial Anna Salai. It has a triple-storeyed arrival court and double-volume lobby and offers a 20,000 square-foot floor plate for flexibility of the interior layouts.
The offices range from 14,300 square feet to 17,500 square feet of built-up area per floor, with multi-tenancy choices. Large capacity high-speed passenger lifts and one heavy-duty service lift support vertical transportation. Double-glazed facades ensure noise-proof and energy-efficient offices. The site is well-connected to the rest of the city, and the travel distance to any of the transportation terminals, such as the International Airport, Seaport, CMBT, Central Railway Station and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) is less than 12 kilometres.
