We are strong believers in good governance: A bold statement made by companies that want the world to believe in the strong sinews of governance, that is supposed to underpin and guide their actions. The question arises as to the need to make such an assertion in the first place if we accept that good governance must be the natural order of things in a corporate environment.

Spare no expense but make it happen: Used extensively by sales honchos who desperately want to make their numbers. The sting is in the words ... make it happen. Love and peace will prevail if the efforts succeed, but God help those who spend the company's money but fail to make it happen.
