NON-PROFITS. NGOs, invest in leadership development

Says management consultancy McKinsey & Company, whose research suggests that chronic underinvestment in management leadership development puts at risk the social sector’s capabilities to fulfill emerging missions effectively. McKinsey says non-profit managers need to improve on "ability to innovate, ability to surround selves with talented teams, collaboration, ability to manage outcomes."
