1. I wake up a little before 6 and am out by 6-30 am. Exercise is always outdoors, never indoors, and I wear a fitness band gifted by my son to keep a tab on my activity.
2. I run five days a week, usually a walking-running combination of 6 km.
3. I drink 3-4 litres of water a day. Staying hydrated is always a good idea so I have as much water as I can during the day. I restrict myself to only one cup of coffee a day.
4. I usually go for a light breakfast such as muesli, almonds and walnuts. I eat fruits every day. If I have a full meal for lunch, I have only soup for dinner. The idea is to eat as little as possible so as not to put on weight.
5. I wish I had done yoga. In my academy days, we did five basic exercises and played games. I usually end my day watching some television or reading articles online. I get to read a lot of good articles from across the world that people send across on email or WhatsApp.
