My day begins usually between 6.30 and 7.30 am, sometimes earlier. I exercise on Power Plate (a body vibration technology) three times a week with help from a trainer and for about 30 minutes a day. This provides me with a whole body workout exercise.
I am vegetarian, so my diet comprises wholesome home-cooked meals with green and seasonal vegetables. I avoid sweets. My core focus remains salads. This is a satisfying meal or perfect accompaniment to main dishes. My bucket list comprises all healthy food items, but there are times when I indulge in chips and other knick knacks. Breakfast is usually cereal with fruits. I avoid lunch or have a light meal due to my hectic schedule but ensure I have a full course dinner with family.
My biggest stress buster is spending value time with my family and watching movies.
It does become a tad bit challenging while travelling to maintain a strict regime, but as much as possible I try to follow my schedule even then.
My fitness motto is to exercise regularly and go easy on sweets.
