  1. Early riser and golf enthusiast: Day starts at 5 am, with a golf session that ends by 8.30 am three times a week.
  2. Strength and cardio routine: On no-golf days, I visit the gym for weight training, cardiovascular exercises, and stretching, focusing on bone density and heart health.
  3. Yoga and flexibility: Yoga and stretching are integral to my routine to maintain flexibility and mental clarity.
  4. Mindful diet: A vegetarian, I avoid fried and gluten-heavy foods, and stick to a mostly gluten-free and sugar-free diet.
  5. Stress management and music: I surround myself with positive, fit, and humorous people, listen to music, and delegate tasks, among other ways of managing stress.
