1 I’m not a “morning person.” So I don’t usually exercise in the morning – rather use the time for more sleep.

2 Breakfast is always cereal, fresh fruit, juice and tea. I prefer a light lunch and choose fish over meat, and green vegetables. Not too much bread or potatoes.

3 I believe in taking time off to relax and recharge – I always take my annual leave and enjoy my weekends. Work is dominated by travel. I use an app to track my sleeping patterns when travelling, so that I can keep my energy levels up on long trips.

4 Keeping fit is important and I cover 100 km every month on a rowing machine. I also play the guitar and harmonica. I also listen to music – mostly blues and jazz. I love to read.

5 I always go to bed too late! It’s usually a light dinner, except when travelling. I enjoy a glass or two of wine in the evening, but only on weekends and holidays!
