My morning begins at 7 am, I have two glasses of hot water with honey and lemon.
Workout sessions are about 4-5 times a week. I have a personal trainer who has created a good workout schedule, a mix of weight, cardio, swimming, cycling and running to keep it less monotonous. One day a week is for training of core strength.
My caffeine intake is stopped by 12 noon so it’s less likely to interfere with my sleep routine.
Meals during the day consist of nuts, oatmeal protein bars and boiled pulses like chana or moong dal prepared into a ‘chaat’. I start lunch with a bowl of curd and a glass of buttermilk followed by salad and protein in the form of paneer or dal. Instead of unhealthy evening snacking, I go for a whole fruit or juice. My dinner is also rich in protein and nuts and ends usually before 8.30 pm.
Music helps me unwind. Holiday breaks with family are rejuvenating. I also spend time with like-minded people at the Entrepreneurs Organisation, a global non-profit organisation, which is motivating. I read before I hit the bed, usually on finance, self-improvement and real-life stories.
