1 Running, for me, has been transformational. In the real world your talent will rarely solve the biggest challenges of life. Running helps you change your attitude, your perspective about yourself.
2 My day begins at 4.30 am and by about 5.15 am I set out on a 90-minute work-out. If I have a marathon coming up, then the weeks building up to it are focused on hill training (gradient), tempo training for speed and so on. I also have two yoga sessions a week for core strength training and discipline.
5 Persistence, passion, self-confidence, waking up with no hangover of failure, making happiness your choice, enjoying the journey, are a few aspects that running changed in me forever. Do not deprive yourself of a chance, a goal, a tear of joy!
